With LG NetCast TVs you will also be ready for future online services which can be updated onto your LG TV."

LED
LG LED TVs produce a sharper, more detailed picture with a superior contrast as well as an ultra slim design compared to LCD TVs. LED TVs have tiny lights either around the edge of the TV (known as Edge LED) or directly behind the TV (known as Full LED). This model has LED lights around the edge of the TV frame giving you an ultra slim TV that is perfect for wall mounting. LG LED TVs are also more energy efficient so you will save 40% of power consumption compared to LCD TVs saving you up to £100 per year

USB Input
Connect your digital camera, M-P-3 player or flash memory using the U-S-B port to show off your latest holiday snaps, music collection or High Definition DivX movies for a true multimedia experience.

    Outstanding 22 Aug 2010
    By J. Camp
I felt I had to write a review for this tv. I wanted an LED tv with freeview HD. Simple quest you might think?? I tried the sony KDL32EX603U. Great high definition picture but useless standard definition. The run of the mill freeview channels were hopeless and unwatchable, Then I viewed the samsung UE32C5800 but colours artificial ( all pink), and too vivid ( yes I tried adjusting). Others were the toshiba and panasonic but these had there pluses and minuses. This TV however is great. Hd is very good, standard definition is watchable and sometimes very good. Good price, 2ms response! 100hz, good epg, many adjustments possible, sound quality usable, but better than most. Very thin. Highly recomended. I have looked!!

Well I ordered on Sunday evening on super saver - took ownership of the TV on Tuesday morning. Pretty good for free delivery!

The price I paid for this was the best I could find anywhere - I trust Amazon - probably more than Currys, etc to delivery goods at the correct prices.

This TV is excellent, full HD, LED edge lighting, Freeview HD ready, USB x 2, HDMI x 4, Component HD, VGA for PC/Laptop and Network port too...

I have used my PS3 to play a bluray disc - stunning... I also love that this TV will play .MKV files I use to store my ripped BD-Discs in 720p and it works flawlessly with H264 video codecs and any audio.

The menus are excellent and easy to follow - the energy saving is excellent - you can even ask it to tell the TV not to leave the "standby light" on whilst it's actually in standby - by doing this it actually comsumes 0W when in standby - or free to leave in this mode in other words.

I cannot describe how happy I am so far with this TV - the colours are far superior to my previous 2 LG TV's and the sound is equally as good.

The next best thing is how this TV looks - it is - and I am not kidding - less than 2cm deep (without the stand) - this will look awesome on any wall. It's shallower than many actual pictures frames.

Thrown a few different types of media at it, DVD, BD-Disc, PS3, Xbox and all played excellently.

I would highly recommend this TV or indeed it's bigger 42" bigger brother (which shares the same internals except the screen)

    Highly recommended!

Bought this TV for my mum and have been astounded by the picture quality even on SD.
plugged in a Sony blue ray player which also supports bbc i-player but have not connected it to broadband yet, though it all appears on the menu and looks to be simple enough.
Blue Ray quality is amazing as they say, but even DVD's are superb as the blue ray player upscales the picture quality.
For me the LED is somewhere between the overly sharp quality if the samsungs and the soft appearance of sony bravias and is just right to give what I think is a real life image.
have not watched any fast sports action yet but am hopeful of good results
I rekon good input quality is a must to get best results. I installed a new Tri-Band digital ariel recently and have had no problems with any break-up of signal, even in bad weather, which I know the neighbours have.
Also looking forward to trying the freeview HD when it comes to our area next year.
Big plus is no need for freeview box or hd box
not sure about the net-cast business though as it looks to be US based with only american websites available, but again, have yet to try.
superb Telly would recomend to anyone.
