I'm pretty disappointed with this TV...it looks nice, the "piano black" is a nice touch, and with a good quality DVD/PC signal you get a good picture...but that's kinda where it ends...
The tuner needs a really strong signal to give you any kind of decent picture on the DTV. The audio out is optical only. The user interface is a total nightmare, the manual is barely english...my advice would be spend an extra £20 and buy a Sony....
Oh yeah and if you connect your VCR to any of the available scarts you won't be able to record anything other than analogue tv signals...yes that's right DTV broadcasts are not sent out the scart channels...In short this TV will not allow you to record digital TV at all..you would need to buy a VCR or DVD/HardDisc recorder with inbuilt freeview/DTV tuner....

I was given this Tv as a present and didn't think my old one needed replacing.The picture quality on this TV is incredible and it is so easy to use for 'techno phobes' like myself as it is requires very little setting up. Will buy only LG Tv's in the future as this is the only brand that hasn't caused me any problems. A fantastic TV!
