The LG LE3300 LED TV series provides HD Ready 720p picture quality with an ultra slim design perfect for any room in your home. This TV will also save you money off your electricity bills with 40% power consumption saving vs LCD TV.
LED
LG LED TVs produce a sharper more detailed picture with a superior contrast as well as an ultra slim design compared to LCD TVs. LED TVs have tiny lights either around the edge of the TV (known as Edge LED) or directly behind the TV (known as Full LED). This model has LED lights around the edge of the TV frame giving you an ultra slim TV that is perfect for wall mounting. LG LED TVs are also more energy efficient so you will save 40% of power consumption compared to LCD TVs saving you up to £100 per year.
HD-Ready
High-definition television, or HDTV, is a new standard of TV with better-quality picture and sound than what you're used to. HDTV brings you closer to the action, offering more colours and a higher resolution picture similar to what you'd see at a cinema. Bought this tv for the kitchen unseen but very pleased with all aspects of the model. It's so slim, great picture and loads of set up features to get the picture just as u want it! What else is good as it's got built in speakers with 10 watts per channel. Unheardof in such a small tv, ok the sound is no match against one of the 40"+ big boys, buts it's more than enough as a tv for kitchen or bedroom, and is available as such a great price for an LED tv!!

We bought this 19" TV for use in our kitchen having carefully read a number of product reviews. In the knowledge that small TVs can struggle with sound quality, we finally decided to depart from a tradition of buying Sony TVs and purchased this LG model. It, nor any other 19" TV, will ever compete with our main TV and sound system in our living room, but it has to said that its a cracking good TV - its aesthetically pleasing on the eye, has a good picture, acceptable sound and is easy to operate (I didn't even bother with looking at the accompanying CD operating guide - the setup was highly intuitive). This TV has certainly surpassed our expectations having read numerous reviews of small TVs. What's more we feel that it represents excellent value for money.

The LED backlight seems to make a considerable difference to the clarity and definition to this TV which is another new dimension in TV progress.(With HD it must surely be superb) I set the stations via the auto set on a good aerial, then transferred the set to a bedroom on a simple portable with outstanding success making it un-necessary to install a full arial from the bedroom. The sound is better than other, admittedly older, TVs I have had and I would recommend this set for kitchen/bedroom use. The ultra slim design means it takes up little depth. While the red colour is not as vivid as say, a Sony, the colour copes well. The remote control works well and the graphics on the screen are large and clear. I thoroughly recommend this set.
