I had been looking at various lettuce knives over the last few days, which were cheaper than this one. I had not used a lettuce knife before so was thinking that one of the cheaper ones would probably have been adequate, but talking to cookery friends they advised that this particular knife was a first class product even though it was dearer. They were certainly right it pays to pay that little bit extra for a quality product with a very good 5 year quarantee.
