The finished tractor itself looks really great, and it has many moveable parts. I really enjoyed building it and do not repent having bought it - at all. However, I do have a minor complaint, too: the excavator arm (the backhoe) does not fold back completely, it sort of stays in a half-extended position. No reason not to buy this product, though...

Bought this for myself, being an adult collector I thought it might be reasonably challenging to build. It wasn't and proved to be finished within only a few hours. This was my only downside to the review of the product, thought it may have taken longer but still, it makes a good model once built and most parts move and work like the real thing! Not too badly priced, think I paid less than £60 for mine. Happy building!

Lego Technic at its best!
It features:
Hand of God steering (the steering in cab is dummy) operating front wheels although turning radius is quite large.
The two black cogs on either side of the model raise/lower the front bucket. The vertical rod tilts the bucket.
There are two out triggers at the rear, which you can raise/lower using handles.
The backhoe assembly in rear can be rotated as a whole using worm gears (its bit loose and has considerable free movement as well).
There are two knobs (cogs) at the top of cab, one raises/lowers the backhoe arm and one extends it in/outward to operate the backhoe.
The bonnet of engine bay can be opened (but there is no engine inside by the way).
It does not come with a motor - which I think is a good trait. Motors have tendency to cease after few years.
Building it is also not overly complex. Price is just about right.
Lego should bring sets like this more often.

Great toy, excellent LEGO.
This 8069 is great, so many parts can moving, can liftting, it's like real one. Lego is the excellent toy for any ages.
