Great to see that Lego are still giving the original trilogy much love. This version of the classic TIE is a big improvment over Lego's last version. The wing design is quite clever, using hinged peices to create the grey borders around the wings and the struts on the outside.
Features wise, its a bit lacking. Its got a couple of flick fire missles and an opening cockpit which is double hinged for easy access but thats it. You do get some nice minifigs though and the toy is fairly solid once assembled which is a short but fun process. All said, I would recommend, though as often mentioned, Star Wars Lego is always overpriced so maybe wait for a sale for this one....it is cool but the new X-wing is around the same price and its a better Lego set.
