Power Miners

Power Miners Vs Rock Monsters

Mysterious underground rumblings are shaking the LEGO® world. Mischievous little rock monsters are digging beneath the planet's surface! A famous LEGO geologist named Brains studies the monsters and discovers there are five different coloured monsters, each with different characteristics, and all have a huge appetite for the crystals that can be found in the centre of the planet.

Power Miners

With their stony exteriors and the glowing, crystal-like markings running through their bodies, Brains believes that they may actually be made out of living rock itself. He recruits a team of power miners and engineers to tunnel deep into the Earth to save the world.

Driving incredible mining vehicles invented by Brains, the power miners will embark on a new adventure, deep into the underground world that has never before been explored to fight the rock monsters. The miners must collect the crystals using their fully equipped vehicles, before the rock monsters get their hands on them and grow in power!

Power Miners

Who knows what their mysterious adventures may lead to?

All sets include dynamite, crystal, power miner minifigure and rock monster. Age range 6 years+

The miners must work quickly to save mankind from the crystal hungry rock monsters. Their best shot is the powerful Thunder Driller, which turns rock to dust with its planetary spinning drill head. Comes with dynamite and equipment to get the job done! Includes 1 orange rock monster and two minifigures.
Power Miners Sneaky and curious by nature, Firox loves to play tricks.  He is always stealing the Power Miners' tools and supplies, messing up their machines and generally making a pest of himself!  The fastest of all the monsters, he is almost impossible to catch unless you sneak up and take him by surprise.

Box Contains

  • 1 x Thunder driller vehicle with huge drill head
  • 2 x Miner minifigures
  • 1 x Orange rock monster called Firox

A Kid's Review
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
This toy was amazing. It was easy to build and really fun to play with because unlike the Crystal Sweeper (which I spent £40 on), this machine does not fall apart as it is strong and sturdy. As the wheels are thick, it can go over most materials as long as they are not too high. Also, the drill can spin in a rotary motion at a rapid speed.

In conclusion, I recommend this toy rather than waste £40 on the Crystal Sweeper which was too breakable.

My son is going through a bit of a lego 'phase' at the moment and for some reason he fixated on this particular one and asked everyone for it for his birthday! He did get one and built it quite easily. Everyone has admired it and he was not disappointed so pretty good overall.

Our 6 year old had been waiting months for his birthday to receive one, as expected it lived up to his hopes and having built it in an hour and a half, it had pride of place. A month later it is still been played with daily alongside other lego vehicles and for him is a wonderful imaginative item.
