My son will be the proud owner of this on Christmas Day, and not only will he be able to put it together, but he will be able to add the battery box, 2 '8883' motors, receiver and remote control in order to make it move! I'm very glad I checked this out, because that's what he particularly liked about it when he first saw it. Just a warning that these items are not included in the box.

I bought this for my 7 year old and he has hours of fun with it. The instructions are really easy to follow and you can take off the top bit of the reaper to have just a smaller space ship.

The ideal construction job for an 8 year old. The assembly was suitably complicated to create a challenge, yet when completed it proved to be robust and extremely versatile.
