At Dino Defense HQ, the heroes are preparing to battle the mighty dinos. Equipped with a communications centre, laboratory and tranquilliser refilling station, it’s a hive of activity. That is, until the mighty dinos attack. Close the gates, fire the tranquilliser weapons and capture the dinos with the crane and net. They’ll wish they’d stayed in the jungle.

We bought this for our sons 5th birthday and he is absoluely delighted.
He has most of this range now, but this is unquestionably the crowning jewel!
Took about an hour and half to build and he has spent many happy hours sitting at the table playing with it. (So have for that matter! I loved my space lego when I was younger - it's a shame they didn't make this range back then!)
For your money you do actually feel like you are getting great value. The building instructions are great, the lego is packed in numbered bags to make the whole thing much easier and stress free!
My only observation is that moving the thing around isn't that easy, as it's prone to coming apart if not supported really well. To get round that we bought some green lego base boards which make the whole thing more portable secure. (Amazon is again best for these.)
On the whole this is well worth your money and for the happiness it brings it's a steal!

Simply amazing! Me and my 6 year old son had a great fun assembling all of this!
The assembly instructions are clear and very well illustrated and structured, the quality of the materials is great and the aspect of the whole set is very good. The T-Rex is perhaps the star of the set.
Every day my son spends at least five minutes playing with the T-Rex and imagining a whole pack of stories around the set with all of it's characters. Also my 2 and half years old daughter already loves it and is always trying to reach it to spend some time playing with the bigger parts of the set.
Highly recommendable if your kids love dinosaurs and LEGO!!!
