This is brilliant - has lots of animals, flowers and fun stuff, and great colours. Can build different kind of barns. Not many blocks included, so to build other things, get a box of just blocks. Me and my 2 year old love it!

This toy has been an instant hit with my 2 1/2 year-old daughter. Initially I followed the instructions and put it all together 'as seen' on the picture. It took maybe 15 minutes. Beware - there are lots of little bags inside the box that need opening and safe disposal... not very ecological either. But she was soon rearranging things, winching everything possible up through the barn, opening/closing/removing the windows and playing around with the tractor and milk tanker (included).
It's colourful, has plenty of extras (characters, animals etc.) and will keep her happily occupied for hours to come. There's lot of scope for imaginative play and construction/coordination & spatial reasoning learning. I certainly enjoyed building it and playing with it with (and without!) my daughter around.
Apart from the over-packaging (the cows came in a little bag inside another little bag inside the box!!!), my only criticism is that the rrp of £49.99 seems a lot for a molded plastic toy with no electronics or motored parts. I am very happy with the toy now that she has it but perhaps you pay a premium for the Lego / Duplo name. Fortunately Amazon seem to have it on special offer which is more reasonable.

Our 3 year old son totally enjoyed making the farmhouse.
Definitely requires adult supervision. The picture instruction book is very easy
to follow and very accurate.
It only takes 20 minutes to build, but then provides hours of fun and playtime
afterwards.
