Bought this for my 10 year old son, who loves the Lego challenge.
As always with Lego, the box is deceptively big, but I was not disappointed, as I expected this. Also, Lego is generally expensive, but I do not begrudge this, as it is a toy that will last for many years, and one which the whole family join in with.
My son loves this Lego set, and it is complemented by his other Lego pieces further.
The price I got this set for from Amazon was a lot cheaper than in the High Street shops, so a bonus.
As always with Lego, the box is deceptively big, but I was not disappointed, as I expected this. Also, Lego is generally expensive, but I do not begrudge this, as it is a toy that will last for many years, and one which the whole family join in with.
My son loves this Lego set, and it is complemented by his other Lego pieces further.

I got this set for christmas, and I'm a little older than the box recommended age at 34, but what the heck.
It was so much fun building this set, I had to go out and get another set (I got the green grocer). From the working patio sliding doors to the awesome fireplace and the way the roof splits into 2 (on the main build version at least) is just so clever.
Also, the value for money is outstanding when you think that you could get 1 or 2 smaller sets for the same money, but the fact is the smaller sets are built in no time. It takes 15 minutes just to separate out all the pieces into a logical build order, the build took me most of the day, off and on.
I haven't taken in all apart yet to attempt one of the other layouts, but I will shortly. I would recommend getting a Lego block separator for that also.
This is a great product, you're unlikely to be disappointed if you like Lego.

This lego set was bought for my daughter for christmas, she is nine and loves it. There are not many girls lego sets, and I have been looking for a suitable one for a long time, this is great, I love it too! Would definitely recommend. Full RRP is quite expensive, but I got an Amazon bargain, so was very happy with the price.

brilliant
This is a brilliant lego set the houses are so well designed but are rather difficult to build so not for the younger child although mums and dads will have lots of fun.Recommended
