This is another fabulous Lego house with amazing attention to detail on both the building and the garden. Included are a driveway for the car, a hinged opening roof, solar pannels and plenty of pieces to make for limitless alternative building. There are instructions for the main model and for two other houses, and there is even a new 'sound brick' which, when its button is pressed, makes the noise of a doorbell followed by a dog parking. Certainly one of the better creator houses to date.

I am 11 years old and absolutely love all my LEGOs but I am utterly disappointed by the hillside house; you can build it very quickly, it is also very small -- the picture on the web and the huge box it comes in could a quarter of the size!! I think I paid too much money for what it is.

I bought this for my daughter for her 7th birthday. She has 2 older brothers who are always playing with Lego and so wanted her own set. The house has instructions which she could follow quite easily once she was shown what to do. The first model was built with help, within a short time, and played with for a couple of days before she decided to demolish it and build the 2nd model. I like this set because it can be rebuilt into different models and will not just sit getting dusty!
