Product Description
The alien invader is attacking; humans beware! The alien invader has spotted a human on his way to work and sets after him at full speed in his flying saucer. As the terrified human runs for cover, the alien triggers his detachable prison pod, aims his cannon and prepares to capture his next prisoner. Don’t let the invader fire his alien clinger at the human’s head.

My son (nearly 8) bought this with saved pocket money having been seduced away from his usual Lego Star Wars range by the exciting-looking packaging. It did not disappoint. He built it easily and quickly (about 1 hour of intense concentration), and has been thrilled with the result.
The alien ship separates from the tripod legs to 'fly' off round the galaxy with abducted human in the transport pod. This model comes with no lights or sound effects unlike others in the range (now on his birthday wish-list), but is none the worse for it (what 8 year old boy won't automatically supply sound-effects himself?). It holds together well during play; the stickers are very effective although he found them a little tricky to apply to the curved surfaces.
His favourite part is the alien which sits on the human's head (fits like any other piece of Lego minifigure head-gear); certainly stimulates his imagination. He would now like (apart from the entire range) more of the same model to build an invading army.
Yet another fantastic range from Lego; highly recommended.

Many lego kits are great fun to put together but then don't get played with in that complete state for very long. They are either fragile and cant take the rigours of boy play or they aren't as interesting the next day.
This kit for my 9 yr old has proven an exception. As it has a compartment for a character to sit in, and it "looks awesome" I am told, it has been played with daily since it arrived nearly 2 weeks ago. The lego mini characters are also sitting in the "cock pit" and my daughter is keen to play with it as well.
For the price, as many of the better kits are very expensive, this is a great success and I recommend it to lego fanatics as well as more general enthusiasts.

LEGO ALIEN CONQUEST This toy was very well received and Luke enjoyed making it and playing with it. He is still playing with it a month after his birthday. He is 9 and found it quite easy to assemble.

Lego Alien Conquest
Another great lego toy. They may be expensive but they are good value and it was a lot of fun for Dad putting it all together. Grandson was a bit impatient and needed help.
