Bought as birthday present for our 9yr old son who adores lego. This was made as soon as the box was opened!
He had no probolens following instructions and loved the fact that it was a bit different from the standard lego pieces. Has played and played with this and has made both models in kit. Well worth the money and the finished kart was actually larger than we thought.

My 9 yr old lad has loved lego for years and this was his introduction to technical lego. It has gone down a storm with him pretty much completing the model on his own, with me only being their to guide him and act as an extra pair of hands for the tricky parts. In building the model my lad has started getting an idea about how engines work with pistons and how steering in a car works. All good stuff if you ask me.
We are now looking for more technical lego with 'Lego City' models being so last year!!!!

my son loves lego technic and this was a welcome addition to his collection. It was easier, with less pieces then some he has so was quicker to build and more basic
