I bought this as an xmas present for my 11 year old son. It is brilliant value for money as it makes three different models from one kit. The light up feature is a nice touch and the tail movement with the T-Rex very clever. I would recommend this for any lego fan that has an interest in dinosaurs

My 8 year old daughter got this for Christmas and it is a marvellous piece of lego engineering. You get to make either a Stegosaurus, a Pterodactyl or a Tyranosaurus Rex. To make the other dinos you need to break it up and start again so it has replay value. All the lego structures are large and moveable, there are hinges in various places so that the bodies flex, wings pose etc and you get red flashing eyes!

As with all lego now it comes in a cardboard box with numbered bags in and a series of instruction booklets. You need to work out what to do with the pieces once they take it apart otherwise it will end up scattered to the four winds, you may want to invest in some plastic boxes to store everything in afterwards.

My only real gripe is that they didn't make lego like this when I was 8!
