More About the Author

Martine Cherry lived and worked in Spain for over 7 years, helping people find the perfect Spanish property in the beautiful region of Murcia. She has always felt that running a property agency does not mean that you just sell somebody a house. A Spanish property agent has a huge responsibility in making sure their clients are buying the right property in the right location for the right reasons. Martine has put together many of her hints and tips for buying property in Spain into a book which she knows prospective Spanish property buyers will find useful.

Martine now lives in Scotland on the shores of the stunning Loch Goil and manages the wonderful Rhumhor Holiday Lodge. When needed she still spends time in Spain helping clients with their Spanish Property dreams.

Martine is a keen supporter of animal welfare in Spain and from July 2013 all profits from her books will be sent on to a new organisation in the Murcia Region - Animal Care Treatment International Network. This organisation's mission is to bring justice to those who abuse and neglect animals in Spain and to influence a change in current laws against cruelty abandonment and neglect of all animals in the whole of Spain. By buying Martine's books you will be helping to improve the future welfare of animals in Spain. The website for this group is:

5.0 out of 5 stars The theory of facts 15 July 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
A straight forward guide obviously and honestly based on experience. Simple to follow and understand, the IT and networking sections in particular take away the fear for those without experience; it all sounds so possible. Based upon my own knowledge and experiences, both personal and those of friends and colleagues, the warnings of 'too much or too little commitment' are so important when embarking along this path. All in all a very useful little publication full of helpful advice, tips and warnings.
