5.0 out of 5 stars A Book To Make You Think! 9 May 2014
Format:Kindle Edition
Over the past few months I have reviewed many books of this writer who goes by the pen name of Philos Sopher. Most were easy, and one (The Language Code) was a bit challenging (mainly due to the complexity of the basic idea), but all of them were highly stimulating and thought provoking.

Today I read 'Leadership'. It is a small book but turned out to be unlike anything that I have ever read on leadership. While books on this topic tend to tell 'how' to lead, this one explains 'why' one should lead. Suddenly it stuck to me that it is here that one should start any book on leadership, but most of them forget to do so.

The book is well written, the logic is well explained, and easy to follow. My life will never be the same again after reading this book because I happen to lead people in many areas. I call it a 'seminal' book in the title of this review because the author presents ideas mostly for those who love to read stimulating books -- which would lead them to further reflection and insights.

One of the key ideas of the book is that if you do not lead by choice, then your will automatically be lead by all kind of people and ideas that are not of your choice.

*** I strongly recommend this book to those love to read thought provoking books

1.0 out of 5 stars Monotonous read.. 5 Jan 2014
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
If you choose to push through the typos and overpunctuation to actually read this whole thing, you'll kind of wish you spent those 10 minutes of your life doing something valuable. Very repetitive, oversimplified, and does not offer much in the way of tangible advice or insight.

1.0 out of 5 stars Vacuous! 9 Jan 2014
By Hugh King - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I bought this on a whim and thoroughly regretted it. It does not say anything and is unbelievably badly written. You can read it within 10 minutes, after which you would feel that you would have a far better insight into its supposed subject matter if you had a 10 minute siesta in a dark room.
