I've been really happy with the company and the product. This is the second time I've ordered these inks, they performed well even though they're not Brother inks as such. I'm particularly impressed with the speed of delivery. My order arrived less than 24 hrs after I ordered it. Express delivery was not requested, but is greatly appreciated.

Was a bit unsure about using a brother compatible product as opposed to an original but needn't have worried - an excellent substitute at a fraction of the price.

Was really surprised when these arrived. I've ordered replacement ink before from another company and they arrived individually in plastic bags. These were professionally packaged in a glossy box (4 cartridges per box). They did sound a bit 'empty' (ie, I could hear the ink swishing inside) but they are full (according to my computer!). So, very happy and I will definitely order again.
