If you are buying a travel cot, then you definitely need a nice thick matress to go in it.
The ones that come with travel cots are hopeless, nothing better than a piece of hardboard with foam stuck to it. I wouldn't even lay a dog on it it's so thin and unpadded!
The matress is very thick and firm and is a perfect fit for the BabyDan tarvel cot.
My daughter is a lot happier, as it mimics her own cotbed matress, all comfy and snuggly...
Well worth every penny.
