L. Michael Hall, Ph.D. earned his doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from Union Institute University. He began studying NLP in 1986, worked with Richard Bandler, discovered the Meta-States model (1994), became a best-selling author in NLP with over 46 books to his name. Discovering that the "Secret History of NLP" goes back to the Human Potential Movement and Abraham Maslow, Dr. Hall began modeling self-actualizing excellence in individuals and companies. He co-created Neuro-Semantics (1996), Meta-Coaching (2002). Today he models excellence and is the Executive Director of ISNS, www.neurosemantics.com
