It does work but i feel its a bit pricey for what it is but it does the work its desinged for
Item arrived very quickly and the seller did excellent job...
but... the item is a disappointment... i have kyocera keramic knives and after the first use it became full of scratches !! after used it two times i am looking at it and i am wondering if i should throw it in the garbage and use my old wooden cutting board... unfortunetely i definetely do not recomend it... (even if I a fan o kyocera products, this product is a disappointment!) :(
