I cannot see any educational value in these toys, but my little boy loves them and this one is no exception. I personally cannot understand what fascination they hold and I would be happy never to see one again but as I said children do like them.

This is my grandson's review: I am 9 years old. I got my hamster a couple months ago. I love my Azer. He hasn't broken once, and is working as well as the day I got him. I love the noises he makes, but be sure you turn him off before you go to sleep.
Great for multiple ages!

My kids each received 2 of these for Christmas gifts this year! They are having a blast running them all around in an open area like the kitchen floor! They have also used our waffle blocks to build little race tracks and habitats for play on carpeted areas. My only complaint would be that they require a lot of AAA batteries. But, they are getting a lot of play time.
