I won't comment on the book's contents, even if I've found with this book a beautiful way of reconsidering and refining my practice of hatha yoga. [There are good comments from Amazon.com below (on 12 may 2013)]
This edition of "Kum Nye: Tibetan Yoga" (2007--- with the white cover) seems to be a reprint of "Kum Nye - Tibetan Yoga--A complete guide to health & wellbeing. 115 exercises & massages" (yellow and blue cover + a sun), that is shown on the Dharma Publishing's website (though sold out in May 2013).
The 115 exercises are numbered (probably for teaching purposes) in the new edition. I am not sure if it was the case in the first edition entitled "Kum Nye relaxation" (Part 1 & Part 2, published in 1978)Kum Nye Relaxation: Pt. 1 (Nyingma Psychology Series) and Kum Nye Relaxation: Pt. 2. Otherwise, there is no indication in the 2007 edition's introduction that any changes have been made for that new edition.
Each self-massage or movement exercise is illustrated with one single drawing, probably kept from the first edition.Read more ›
