I ordered this item, like the other review I'd searched high and low looking for a quality chain holder for my iphone.
What I got was NOT stainless steel, but a shoe lace type material loop, with a plastic toggle, and a thin nylon loop with which to entrust my iphone4 to!! I think not.
I feel ripped off and let down by this seller. I have emailed the seller asking for a refund, to date no reply, so I have filed a claim with Amazon for this item.
I have since this review received an apology from the suppliers for sending me the wrong item. I am told it'll be with me any time soon, and to keep the wrong one or throw it away.
I will amend my review when I get the right item,because if they are righting a wrong, then I'll give them fair comments in my final review.
Have now got what the right item, and I'm delighted to say is good quality. However I will warn people, if you buy this for your phone, make sure it has a eyelet or loop for it to go through, or have a cover with a eyelet on it, otherwise you cannot really secure your phone,camera or whatever you want hold secure.
I have now amended my 1* rating to a 4* 8/10 for me :-D

Have been looking for this kind of neck strap for years, and was glad to find this on amazon with a choice of colours.Very durable, strong and looks good when around the neck; will definitely order this again.
