This blender beats all the others in the family! Including Kitchenaid, Waring, and the iconic American one ( the name escapes me) I love it! Easy to clean, quiet, works with hot soup, lid easy to fit and 'fastens' on,pleasant to use nice soft start etc.

I've had this blender a couple of weeks.

The whole product is beautifully designed and manufactured. Looks really great in my kitchen. Very solid. I read somebody elses comment about the base coming loose, but I've had no problems. It attaches with a quarter turn and you can feel it locking in place, so it won't come loose during use.

The blender is slower than my previous unit even at the top speed, but it does a far better job. It accellerates gently rather than suddenly blasting the contents, which I've found makes less mess of the lid and results in fluffier (more air content) smoothies.

Very happy with this blender.

I have been using this blender for a couple of weeks with excellent results.One small problem though; the container can loosen from its base where the blades are if used at high speed so it is necessary to check that it is tightened before lifting jug away from the main unit. Also the jug lifts straight off the main unit,most blenders I have used need a small twisting movement, a twisting action with this unit could prove messy.
Very powerful machine, just need to be careful..
