The chic Krups Expert Toaster will look fabulous in any kitchen. It has a unique carriage control on the front of the toaster that you turn clockwise to lower and anti clockwise to raise your toast. The multi position high lift system allows easy removal of bread of all types and sizes.
Its classic features include eight variable browning settings and re-heat, defrost and stop buttons, which ensure Krups brings you toasting perfection every time. To finish the stylish look, there is a push up and under cord storage.
It also has an easy to clean crumb tray and a removeable bun warmer.

When we decided to buy a toaster, we looked for the best price to quality ratio, accepting that Krups brand will bear a premium. We have had great experience with Krups appliances, but not this one.
It worked fine for a year - not exactly heavy duty usage, maybe 3-4 times a week. Browning has never been even, gets more burnt on the inner side and the bottom of the slice. A year later the lever broke and it would not "squeeze" the bread and we would have trouble lifting the bread out. Every time we use it, I run through the electro shock scenario. Unfortunately, not worth the money. Looking again..

This is the best toaster we have ever bought. It is so versatile with plenty of settings, three height controls to make sure you get your toast out easily and with the croissant/roll warmer working so well without having to add any attachments etc.
I haven't given it 5 stars as the overall evenness of browning could be improved slightly but it is well worth the money.
We have recommended this toaster to friends.

I bought this yesterday,its perfect. after throwing our last 2 toasters out, it looks like we have at last found a good one.
Fast! bread to toast in about a minute, nice even browning, looks good, simple solid controls. Its what I've been looking for, for ages.

Germany doing what is good at.
Saw a review in a Sunday paper giving this toaster ten out of ten. Can't fault this Krups Toaster for quality or performance. Not cheap, but then quality never did come cheap. Read more

Looks better than it toasts
Doesn't toast evenly. Rubber feet become detached. The internal metal plates quickly become tarnished and have the appearance of going rusty. Read more

Good value for money, although the bun warmer isn't an extra feature...
The product is of fine quality and works very well. The toast comes out crispy and enjoyable. The reheat and defrost functions are helpful and the toaster is easy to clean. Read more

Great item
Joy, a toaster that actually fits a slice of bread in. Thats enough for me!! Easy to use and doesnt set the smoke alarm off every 3 mins. Double joy!
