I am a bit ancient and did creak a lot, but since I starting taking Krill Oil my movements are much easier, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that the improvements continue.

Most people know that fish oil is packed with beneficial omegas, but few know that the best source is krill. Why do you think whales get to be so big and healthy? ;-) And when you can get it at this price you'd be mad to deplete our Cod stocks for their livers! Quality, price, speed of delivery - all make for a very happy customer.

I normally take fish oil,but when i ran out my husband gave me some krill oil. i thought nothing of it but after a week or so i noticed that my eczema had improved markedly. i can't think of any other change that could have caused this so i am staying on the krill and so far the itchy patches are vastly reduced. i know it smells pretty bad in the tub but thats not a problem once the lid's back on and there is no aftertaste. At £15 for 6 months its cheap and at the very least is a good source of omega 3. I have just purchased packs for my mum and my aunt.
