4.0 out of 5 stars the game of the path - simple yet brilliant! 3 May 2011

This game is great! (I have not got a copy of this exact one so don't know if it comes iwth english instructions- the box looks german) but you could get these online if needed.

Bascially you each take a playing piece and it is a knockout competition to be last man standing. On your turn, you take one of the four playing tiles you have, and put it touching the edge of the tile on which your piece is standing. Your piece must then follow the path which it links onto. If you crash into anyone else or fall off the board, you die.
The strategy lies in trying to stay alive whilst killing off your opponents.
This is a short game (maybe 15 mins) so is great to fill in time at big board game meets where other games have not finished together, or just as a quick game in the afternoon. It is very easy to learn, althoguh getting good at it takes a bit more skill.

I really enjoyed this game!
