great recipe book 10 April 2011

Well laid out, beautifully written, some familiar dishes (though not necessarily all familiar ingredients) , unfamiliar dishes, all explained clearly with range of variations given - what more could one ask for? Having only used potato flour for one chocolate cake recipe, I was really interested to see how versatile it is - made sense, when thought about it. Anyway I am really looking forward to giving some of the dishes a whirl.
