Superb 13 Sep 2006

I have a great interest in oriental food and have gone through many cooking books. However, I think that this one tops them all. It provides pictures which make your mouth drool with anticipation and detailed instructions enabling anyone to feel like they are a mastered chef in korean food, I know I did. I've tried many books on korean cooking without much avail however this book is top notch I would highly recommend this book to any beginner or experienced chef. It's perfect for parties and makes people believe that you hired a proffesional chef to cook for you, and when you reveal you did it they are shocked by the quailty of the food, not knowing how simple this books make it.

A highly recommendable book to anyone, whether a beginner or an experienced chef. A++

I have read many Korean cooking books and this is by far the best, Young Jin Song has created mouthwatering recipes that unlike other cook books are simple to follow. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in Korean cuisine, with original recipes and the more creative modern recipes ensure that it is suitable for both beginners and experts.

Unlike any other cook book I have read, the literature gives an insight into Korean Cuisine and where it came from, 5 starts from me!!.

Young Jin Song is a genius!

These recepies are highly creative and very effective.

Young helps bridge the gap between european and Asian understanding of the art of cooking and recepies.

I stongly reccomend this to all those who appreciate good food presented with real style.
