If you're looking for wall to wall colour pictures of the USAF in Korea then this is a great book!
I was surprised to see so many of the pictures in this book for the first time, only seeing a handful maybe of ones I have seen before.
A very useful book for the aeromodeller to see the planes of the Korean war in combat settings in the air and on the ground with all the buildings and vehicles in colour.
The large clear photographs are early colour film which has that great warm feel to it, these pictures are unique in their own historic right.
It is interesting to see the different items of flight clothing in these pictures, and generally in Korean War photos, often WW2 issue clothing is worn but also some of the now rare and hard to find USAF flight clothing is often viewable in colour.
The book covers the F51 mustang and T6 Mosquito planes onwards, through the early jet fighters such as the F94 and light bombers such as the B26 up to the B29 Superfortress.
I don't think you'll be disappointed by the variety and quantity of unique photographs in this publication, gathered and authored by Warren Thompson, who has written a number of other very high quality books on the Korean War subject including books on the F86 Sabre which I highly recommend.
