Great item much better than using the ice packs from the lunch boxes. This large size wrapped right round the ankle and took ages to "melt". Really worthwhile.

Great and durable item. I had used for both hot and cold therapy but prefer to use it as cold as it last longer. Anyway, am happy with the item.

If you participate in any kind of activity, be it jogging, cycling or a competitive sport, having an ice pack like this, is essential. Any muscle pull or strain can be minimised by the use of the ice pack and this one is well priced and a very convenient size.

Pure relief

Have had one of these for years - very good - it does what it says on the tin!. The only complaint I have is that it no longer has a sleeve and strap to hold it in place. Read more

2 hot/cold packs? NO! Just the one then...

As previous reviewers have said, good product, only, judging by the picture I was a expecting a twin pack. Mistake. You only get the one!
