I would have given 5 stars but for a couple of minor points listed at the bottom.
Overall this unit is excellent. It is a brilliant way of upgrading to a built in Sat Nav without having to pay Kia prices. I fitted the unit myself, done by removing one screw behind a plastic cover under each section of dashboard both sides of the radio and gently prising the dashboard out against the numerous spring clips holding it in place. You need to use the original brackets, hazard warning switch and seatbelt warning lights but these are easy to transfer from the original radio to the new unit.
The adapter wire to connect the new unit to the car is so simple to fit. You just us the original wires and the supplied adapter cable and it all connects in seconds. The only extra wire I had to use was the GPS antenna but this routed neatly behind the passenger dashboard and up by the passenger door pillar then on up to the corner by the windscreen and the wire pushes neatly down behind the top of the dashboard and the side of the car. The overall finished assembly took a couples of hours (my first time with this unit and I had no fitting instructions) and looks like it was factory fitted because the grey plastic cover provided is an excellent match and fit.
The navigation unit navigates very well, I have UK mapping, all the other features work well too and the unit does exactly as described. The items that drop my review to 4 stars are the fact that in order to use the USB or IPhone connector you have to connect directly to the back of the new unit and can't use the sockets provided in the car.
