Hello,
My name is Konstantin Korotov, and I am an Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Leadership Development Research at ESMT - European School of Management and Technology (www.esmt.org) in Berlin, Germany. My job is about helping people be successful and stay happy. Leadership development and executive coaching aim at achieving this, and that's why I do research in these fields. I come from Russia, but I have lived, studied, and worked in various parts of the world, including US, France, and, currently Germany. I work with executives worldwide. I am a former doctoral student and currently a co-author with Manfred Kets de Vries (INSEAD and ESMT), a world renowned expert on leadership, happiness, and executive coaching. I hold a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) from INSEAD, a Master of Science (Management) from NYU, and an undergraduate degree from Moscow Linguistic University.
I teach executives in open enrollment and customized programs on the topics of leadership, as well as in the MBA and EMBA programs at ESMT - one of the world's top providers of executive education (according to the latest Financial Times ranking).
