Excellent purchase, very cost effective compared with others on the market. Delivery was on time. I use the computer a lot and was looking for something to ease the discomfort that I was experiencing in my right arm, wrist and shoulder. This is a very easy mouse to adapt to and use and has given me a lot of relief. Would highly recommend this product.

It's only my first day using the mouse, but I know it'll do the job. For people that have owned an Evoluent mouse in the past, you hold it almost exactly the same way (almost as if you're shaking someone's hand).
As I have owned 2 Evoluent mice in the past, I know that this works for me, eliminating arm/shoulder pain (and it's a quarter of the price of the Evoluent!)
It doesn't receive 5 stars because it only has 2 buttons... a programmable thumb button would've been nice, given that there's so much space.
Something to look forward to for the Accuratus V2 then :)

Vertical mouse

does what it says on the tin. wires bared after a little usage but superglued in . have a bit of rsi so perfect for that

Diverts muscle pain!

Ceratech Accuratus Upright Mouse
I gave this a 5 Star rating because I like it alot, and it definitely helps with my tennis elbow complaint and I would recommend it to someone who has a similar problem to mine.

Really not very good.
Technically this functions - sort of - but is very non-responsive. Left click button requires very hard, multiple presses for it to engage, and the right button is even worse. Read more
