4.0 out of 5 stars A fun and addictive play, if you're into it. 2 Jun 2014

Most of the reviews I have seen for this game are fairly poor (as in, they rate the game quite badly), but I find the game to be quite fun. This may be because I have played the previous one on the PS2 (sadly not the dreamcast ones), but this definitely lives up to its PS2 counterpart. However, I am in agreement with the reviews on the physics, as they are rather delayed. However, I found it easy to get used to, and compared to the PS2 version, they're actually much better. The graphics of the game is quite amazing, looking better than my other PSP racing games. In addition, the car selection and upgrade system is in-depth and I really like it, but that might be because I'm a Japanese car fan.

Overall, I think this game is underrated. The graphics are good, there's a decent selection of cars, the Career mode is unique, and If you can get past the physics, it's quite an entertaining play.

5.0 out of 5 stars Im a fan of Tokyo games. 23 Jun 2014
I've played this over and over. GFX are good nice game play.
Street Supremacy is related to Tokyo highway battle, challenge, Xtreme racer series and Import tuner. I have mostly all of them and imports I love the games NTSCU/NTSCJ PAL PlayStation and Dreamcast and Xbox . HEHE. Good game. I don't know why Tokyo's series gets medium score when I fined its a Tuners dream. :-(

2.0 out of 5 stars Do me a favour 26 Jan 2008

Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
Don't buy it. It's REALLY difficult to drive the cars. The steering is unresponsive, and in the races, once you make ONE mistake, you might as well retire, because you don't get enough time to recover. Your opponent is looong gone.
The system of battling is long and drawn out, and when your gang have a war with another, its tiresome. You go head to head with a far faster car, then lose. Then you sit and watch as four of your gang members also race.
Really. I don't think it's worth investing the time and money in this.
