I really like the game. Sure the graphics are dated but you can't beat the gameplay. It's all presented very nicely in one neat little package. It's also cool being able to change the "Hit Color" to red to make your enemies bleed.
The "scope" of your sniper rifle is represented by a circle that zooms in on wherever your targeting reticle is, though you can zoom out by pulling on the left trigger, which is useful because your reticle can move about the screen much faster when you're zoomed out. The game forces you to balance between speed and accuracy by giving you a countdown clock to play against, in addition to a slow reload time. You'll notice that a few tweaks are made to the formula as you go from Silent Scope to Silent Scope 3, including the addition of a single, final pass/fail shot at the end of certain missions

If you're already a steadfast fan of the Silent Scope series, this is the best console game to bear the name, both in terms of value and quality.

I own two lightguns which both work great with HOD3 (House Of The Dead 3); the XB99L Light Blaster from Logic3, and the Beretta 92FS Light-Gun from Thrustmaster. Neither of these are compatible with the game "Silent Scope Complete", or rather the game "Silent Scope Complete" is not compatible with those guns (as they work fine in HOD3 and homebrew emulators). You cannot calibrate those guns in Silent Scope Complete making it impossible to play the game. It is my belief that Silent Scope Complete is only fully compatible with the "Titan Sniper Scope" lightgun rifle which is available at Amazon by itself and bundled with Silent Scope Complete.

Just been playing Silent Scope Complete, amazing fun, even better than House of the Dead 3, there is so much in it, been reading how some people have had trouble with certain light guns, just to let you know i tried it with a Play-On light gun works 100%, when calibrated properly, just like being in the arcade...
