Cheap computer memory, while possibly being compatible, can cause system crashes, error codes in your computer, and even damage to your motherboard! I bought this product because my 2011 macbook pro was running out of ram.
This was the cheapest product, other sets of ram were going for £40 on amazon, but this has worked flawlessly!

Bought this due to low price (£26.00) & positive reviews. Were deciding between this & proven "enterprise class" solution - Samsung, which was 50% more expensive.
Tests: Tested extensively in Lenovo X301 with Memtest86, which ran for ~20 hours without errors. Also works in Macbook Pro(tested briefly on MBP 13 mid 2010). Had some issues during one of the tests (= errors after ~2mins), but the modules just needed reseating.
Hardware: 16 4Gb chips on each module, visible marking on chips D9LGX, other markings stricken through with 3 lines. Manufacturer logo looks like Micron.
Summary: Works for a month now. Buy if this is your personal computer; this price for 8GB is a bargain. Would not recommend for enterprise (due to possible issue with RAM chips sourcing/quality)...
