For Kombucha Newbies

I am a kombucha newbie, but I was looking for more info about how to expand kombucha production, and more hands-on know-how. This guide is for someone who has never tried making their own kombucha before, and needs to be convinced of its miraculous health benefits. The writer of this guide has written books on a number of other topics, and seems to have selected kombucha to capitalize on.

Great book. About half way thru, The author starts talking detail about the Kombucha. The first half is people writing in....easy reading.
