i completely agree with the other review. these straighteners really are amazing. they leave you hair straight, sleek and healthy-looking.

they r a nice size, good for the whole head yet small enough to be able to do my fringe with as well.

i find that you dont need to apply much pressure in order to achieve straightness as i have found with other previous, cheaper straighteners i have owned. which has then lead to damaged scraggly looking hair.

i have had a whole variety of other straighteners in the past, ranging from remmington, to tony and guy, kodo creative, and even ghds. but these are definately head and shoulders above the rest. i would definately recommend them.

My last pair of hair straighteners were kodo but they broke just before christmas due to the flex splitting, this was after 5 years and lots of use. However, I liked them so much I wanted to find the same ones. These are the updated version and are just as good if not better. They give a very sleek and smooth finish or you can use them to make curls and waves. I thought about ghd's as I know they are really good but what makes these better is the variable temperature so that you can set it so your hair isn't too flat or gets too frazzled by the heat. I often use mine to curl my hair and the lower temperature settings are better for this, the barrel is the perfect shape and size as well. This updated version now has a swivel cord so the flex doesn't twist which is what happened with my last ones so they should last even longer. The price I thought was amazing and I ordered them about a week before christmas and they arrived before.

Brilliant straighteners. Yesterday I went around a friend's and used her GHD's and have been using the Kodo's and they are very similar. I did not see much difference.

GHD's is all about the name and the brand but these are not as known but do the job well! I highly recommend this product. I have been using it for a month though so *finger's crossed* they continue to perform.

Better than a GHD any day

Very disappointed

My last Kodo straighteners lasted 8yrs until the wires eventually cracked and broke about a month ago. I only then discovered they can't be bought over the counter in Ireland. Read more
