Fine stuff in medium format when you have a need for either faster speed or more grain . Images have timeless Tri-X ' bite' , wonderful stuff ; civilisation is doomed if Kodak ever stop producing it .

this film is a legend. a large quantity of historic images of te 20th century, those that remain in our collective memory for a long time, were taken with this film.

develop it in Kodak D76 or Ilford ID-11 for a better grain and contrast

I find kodak film to be the best 120 you can buy for a decent price, and this is no exception. I am getting my film developed this week so that will truly show the quality of photograph, but for the price of B&W film, its highly recommended.

This film produces a more contrasty negative than HP5 but has good tones and shows well controlled highlights and shadows. Its fine as long as you don`t mind pink developer.
