Bought this as part of a hobby of photography which I am thinking of taing up even further, this is a good book for anybody who wants to take it up, either as a hobby or a career, it has a lot in it for all the small things to big things, a must buy and a must read, brilliant as easy as pie, it has helped me in a lot of research, would recommend it to anyone

Kodak and Digital Photography 21 July 2013
By John H. Riehl - Published on

I worked 23 years for Kodak in their silver halide R&D facility. Digital photography is what finished us. I watched the transformation from the beginning and at this stage in the process digital has caught up with the quality of "wet photography". This book is great for the hobbyist and should improve your picture taking capabilities. Once you have your pictures in digital format and on your computer there are many editing software packages available that will open up a new world of creativity to you. This is something that was missing with film based photography.
