The Kodak Floating Wrist Strap provides a comfortable and innovative floating wrist strap made of a buoyant, lightweight nylon, perfectly complimenting both the waterproof Kodak Playsport and Kodak Mini. Attach it to your waterproof pocket video camera, and it will keep it afloat should you drop it in a pool, lake or in the ocean. Its bright marine yellow fabric will also make it easier to spot if your camera floats away. Provides surfers, kayakers and other active swimmers with the ability to strap the camera to their arm, it also includes a quick release buckle if you wish to remove the camera without having to take the strap off.

We bought one of these to attach to our underwater camera. It attached easily and stayed secure. It was essential for us as I'm sure our camera would be lying at the bottom of the Indian Ocean by now without it!

Amazon Verified Purchase
The first time we used this strap, I lent it to my (adult) son to take photos with my brand new £300 underwater camera when we were snorkelling with manta rays in Hawaii. Unfortunately, my son didn't notice at the time but the narrow cord attaching the camera to the strap seems to have snapped as he climbed up the ladder onto the boat and we lost not only the camera but what I understand were some amazing manta ray shots. (Scuba divers were unable to retrieve the camera.) My feeling therefore is that the cord on this strap needs to be stronger.

Works as advertised
Used with a Nikon AW100 for snorkeling. Felt very comfortable with it at all times, no problems. Gave 3 stars just because it's hard to get excited about a strap.
