5.0 out of 5 stars Making KM real, understandable and practical, 4 Mar 2008
By
I got a lot out of this book. Unlike some on KM, this book takes the topic and as well as covering the theoretical aspects also shows what it means in practice. It's actually easy to read!

Tom Young clearly has a lot of real world experience in applying KM which shows through in what he's written.
