This book is really difference from the normal Knowledge Management books. You can use it!. Nick Milton packs a lot of practical advice in a small space on how to help organisations understand and spread what they now. The book tells you about the main ways in which you can "manage knowledge" as well as giving you some of the thinking behind it.
Nick Milton was one of the original pioneers of knowlege management in BP and has run a very succesful consultancy helping others learn the practice of knowledge management. He brings this long and extensive practical experience to the writing of this book.

Nick Milton has written a really excellent, practical guide on improving the outcome of projects. He has indepth insight into how to use different frameworks and approaches from the World of Knowledge management to good effect. Nick takes the reader through many alternative ideas from his own experience - anyone seeking better outcomes from Project Management will find this a useful source book.

A really useful book laying out many ideas and principles of applying a knowledge management approach to achieve project success. Nick gives many practical examples of KM in action which are accessible to any project management environment.
