HASH(0x8a1342d0) out of 5 stars comprehensive 26 May 2006
By Chris - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
The book covers one of the modern field of European economics: the knowledge-based economy. Since its creation is a goal of the EU set up in 2000 for the whole Union, the book should be interested for everybody dealing with endogenous growth, european integration and transition studies. It is the only such a book ever published. And one of the only ones within the field of economics of knowledge.

All the chapters well-written by multinational team of authors (mainly British and Polish). One of the leading chapters is authored by famous Chris Freeman. Worth reading by demending authors (scientists, students advanced in innovations, technological growth, policy makers).
