5.0 out of 5 stars What a great book!, 31 Oct 2009

(REAL NAME)
This is plain speaking, containing basic information that is easy to read, that will enable anyone to self assess if they need to pursue an issue - or it reassures you if you don't! There are self help exercises and explanations on everything that could concern any of us. Dip in - dip out, easy to use index. A good coffee table companion when troubled friends visit! If you have a knowledge of counselling/psychology you'll find this useful for future references and explanations.
