Having read Seka Nikolic's previous book,I was delighted to see that she had produced a new one focused on energetic healing.Having read it from cover to cover and worked with the exercises,I cannot recommend it highly enough.She gives an overview of energy,as in our own energetic connections,how our thoughts affect our bodies and how to change habitual pessimistic thoughts about illnesses.
Seka is an amazing natural bio-energetic healer whose energy has been scientifically recognised.Instead of keeping her skills to herself,she offers two free distance healing sessons per month which have had some excellent feedback.
If you're sceptical about healing chronic or serious illness,buy the book ,do the exercises and reap the benfits

If you want to be inspired to turn your life around, then Seka's book is for you. It's captivating, inspiring and motivating. She shows us how to go about attaining perfect health, wealth, career and the relationships of our dreams. The major factor in all of this is our own energy frequency and our ability to master our mind. The way to achieve this is to access the super subconscious by adapting a neutral state of mind. Seka shows that this is not as complicated as it sounds and that we are often already doing it without even realizing. How this works in practice is demonstrated by quite a few touching, wondrous, heart warming and magical real life stories. The book also provides us with helpful hints and practical exercises on how to achieve a neutral state of mind.
The fascinating subject of energy can indeed be a complicated one, but Seka has deliberately written her book in an easy to read format, so that we can all benefit.
To some extent we all communicate with each other through our own energy frequencies and I think this subject is absolutely fascinating and exciting, especially with regards to the potential of energy communication in our future. Seka has quite some expertise in this area. Still, I was absolutely amazed that while reading the book I constantly felt this lovely energy that seemed to emanate from the words. It was flowing throughout my body, just like a healing experience!
I was also very touched by Seka's genuine concern for the wellbeing of all of us, as well as our planet. According to her we are all meant to live a happy and healthy life and that it's really possible for us all together to make this happen. The key words are the last two words with which Seka ends her amazing book.........................I can only advise: read it!

I have read many books of this genre. It is straight forward, easy to read & good if you are new to this type of subject. It glosses/speeds over some areas in a rather lightweight way which I found dissapointing. It is not a deep book but good in it's simplicity of style & the uncomplicated way that knowledge is imparted to the reader.
