Bought it for my wife's occasional rides in town. She used it 4 times total. Today her $300 bike was stolen in a busy street downtown Chicago, right in front of the Merchandise Mart. Bike and lock both disappeared between 11 and 12 AM. Should not be an easy task to do in front of the security cams. Fancy useless tool Knog guarantees safe to lock in a dark alley; 50 points in their own security rating. Ridiculous.

Bought a couple of Knog's "Kabana" bike locks based on Knog's marketing claim that "their Fiber Core helps deter Bolt Cutter attacks". Decided to use a cheap pair of Chinee bolt cutters to put one of the Knog locks to a test. Boy was I surprised, the Knog "fiber armor" cut like hot butter, [...]
While the colors are cool, the silicone does feel nice and squishy, the theft deterrence of this lock is minimal.

Pretty lock, Cuts Easily

Advertised by KNOG to "more resistant to Bolt Cutter Attack". I purchased several Kabana locks, decided to put one to the Bolt Cutter test. It failed miserably, cut like Hot Butter in July! (Posted the test to YouTube.)
This is a nice looking lock. Lots of pretty colors. But the security rating is very low, Buyer Beware.
