Terrible book, so full of typos and wrong info. Nothing but info collected on Google, not fact checked then published.

2.0 out of 5 stars Dead 15 May 2010
By Larry Weinberg - Published on
OK read but the only qualification for inclusion is that you are dead. There are numerous mistakes and spelling errors.
